Skills Clinic

Large group (10 players), skills-specific training with Coach Jamal and Coach Dann. The Clinic includes Ball mastery drills, an intro to shooting technique, passing technique, agility, and fitness. Players will be challenged on their technical and physical ability with and without the ball. Available upon demand.

1 on 1 Training

Personal training that focuses on preventing injury. Each session is catered to enhancing the player’s strengths, needs, and positioning.

Football Fitness

Sessions consist of Dynamic warmups and drills to improve the player’s coordination, balance, speed, strength, & power.

Small group training

Small group training (5 players of less) that focuses on passing patterns, body positioning, shape, and movement.
